He has completed post graduation in commerce faculty and hold M. Com degree. After gaining experience of 13 years as a banker, he started mutual fund distribution business. He has total 35 years of experience in finance field.

She has a strong academic foundation, holding a BBA in Finance and an MBA in Marketing. After beginning her career in a FMCG company, she went on to join Latkar Investment Services. She is committed to carrying forward the legacy established by Mr. Arvind Latkar, while enhancing it through a more systematic and technology-driven approach.

Admin & Finance Head

After earning her B.Com degree, she started her professional journey with Bank of India. Over the years, she gained extensive experience working across multiple branches in Kolhapur, including nearly 19 years at the Kolhapur Zonal Office. In 2018, she was promoted to the role of Scale I Officer. Following 30 years of dedicated service, she transitioned to Latkar Investment Services, where she currently manages the Admin and Finance departments.
